Vedic Maths is famous all over the world for Fast Calculation.
- Ved(वेद) is a Sanskrit word which means ‘Knowledge’.
- Vedic Maths is a collection of Sutras to solve mathematical problems in easy and faster way.
- Vedic Maths is a system of mathematics which was discovered by Indian mathematician Jagadguru Shri Bharathi Krishna Tirthaji in the period between A.D. 1911 and 1918 and published his findings in a Vedic Maths Book.
- Vedic Maths is a book written by Bharati Krishna Tirthaji and first published in 1965. It contains a list of Fast calculation techniques (Mind calculation techniques) claimed to be based on the Vedas. The Fast calculation system mentioned in the book is also known as “Vedic Maths”.
- Vedic maths is a set of 16 Sutras (Formulae) and 13 sub-sutras (Sub Formulae) which can be used to solve problems involved in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, conics.
